Meet Mallymock,

A beautiful 60ft x 12’6” wide beam, built by Tyler Wilson and fitted out by The Navigation Boat Company in 2014. She is powered by a Barrus Shire, 90hp engine and features bow thrusters for ease of maneuvering.

Exterior Features

From the stern, she is fitted with a full but detachable rear cover, including a seating area and table. Outdoor cushions are included, making it perfect for summer evenings or as a separate dining space. Access to the engine is below the deck with ample space for maintenance.

Interior Layout

Enter the boat down the steps to the reverse layout. The kitchen features a beautiful U-shaped design with plenty of worktop space. It is equipped with:

• Candy single oven and grill
• 2 ring gas Neff hob
• Stainless steel under-worktop single bowl sink
• Space for a tall fridge
• Integrated 230V undercounter fridge
• Ample cupboard space and shelving
• Tiled splashback around sink and prep area

This kitchen is open plan to the saloon space, which includes a large two-seater sofa, coffee table, TV, and a wood pellet burner integrated into the wall. A large skylight in the saloon space allows for plenty of natural light.

Cabins

The second cabin is multifunctional, serving as a bedroom with a double make-up bed or a snug/office space. It includes wardrobe space and access to the back of the wood pellet burner for maintenance.

The spacious bathroom features:

• Pump out toilet
• Shower over bath with shower curtain
• Wash basin on top of vanity unit
• Ample storage space
• Washing appliance tucked neatly into the wall
• Decorative mosaic and rope finishing around the ceiling and floor

The main cabin is located at the front of the boat, featuring a large permanent double bed with ample space around it. It includes:

• Double and single wardrobe
• Drawers
• Dressing area
• Portholes and a small Houdini skylight
• Window above the bed that opens

Heating and Power

Heating is provided by radiators throughout the boat and the burner in the saloon, making Mallymock a cozy liveaboard. The boat comes with:

• Sterling Power 2000KW inverter
• Sterling Power charger
• Shore power
• Spotlights throughout the boat for a modern yet cozy feel
• Mostly chrome sockets, some with USB points
• Large pram cover over the stern

Water is heated via engine, immersion heater, and diesel boiler. The boat features a stainless steel water tank and has:

• 5 domestic batteries
• 1 starter battery

Last blacked in January 2025 and last engine service performed in 2024 by the current owner.
