This one-of-a-kind classic yacht is a true beauty measuring 20 m. Calypso of Malahide was built in 1975 by the world renowned Southern Marine Ltd. She has been regularly maintained to keep her in prime condition with two substantial refits. The first took place in 2015/16, followed by the most recent one in 2023.

Usage and Capacity

Calypso is suitable for all usage and has been used for all types of trips, short or long. She has even completed 3 Atlantic crossings with ease as well as circumnavigated the world, so is capable of cruising oceans with complete confidence, safety, and enjoyment. If you want to hold a large reception party on board, she can cater to up to 40 guests. This classic motoryacht can also accommodate 8 guests in 3 cabins for overnight sleeping.

She is MCA commercially registered (exempt of VAT) and in immaculate condition. Ideal for family cruising or for corporate charters as she features a lot of deck space.

Interior Features

AMBIENCE AND SPACE

The interior is airy and has a homely feel. The saloon has a L shaped sofa with a coffee table and opposite is the dining table. This looks out to the aft seating area. The saloon is fitted with a TV with a DVD player and BOSE HiFi speakers connected!

The galley is U shaped with all necessary amenities. She is equipped with stainless steel work surfaces, an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, ice maker, washing machine, dryer, and a traditional Italian espresso machine.

Cabins

MASTER CABIN

Large master cabin with a double berth and storage. It also comes with a large ensuite bathroom.

2 ADDITIONAL CABINS

All 2 cabins come with their own bathroom fit for tall people! These cabins are for 3 guests which include twin and bunk bed.

All bathrooms are bisazza tiling with teak flooring and showers.

Crew cabin sleeps 2 with en-suite shower room.
