Construction:

Built in Holland by Valk Kruiser in 1992. Hull Number R92. White painted 4mm steel displacement hull with black rubbing strakes and style stripes. White painted steel coachroof with grey painted non skid decks. Stainless steel mooring bollards, wrap around safety and hand rails. Gates in rails. Removable side boarding ladder. Transom ladder with teak treads. Folding mast with navigation and steaming lights. Alloy framed fold down windscreens (for reduced air draft). Windscreen wiper. All other windows are also alloy framed. Hydraulic steering system to skeg hung rudder.

Accommodation

A very spacious, and comfortable interior fitted out in teak to a high standard. From Forward:Open plan layout in forward section of the boat with two single, up and over, berths up forward with good stowage. The dinette is aft and to starboard with a drop down table to make another double berth. The galley is opposite and is fitted out with a Giouien 4 ring 240V induction hob, oven, microwave oven, large Dometic front loading fridge (24V & 240V) and basin with hot and cold pressurised supply. Water tank gauge. Up stairs to:Saloon - this has a large L shaped settee to starboard with an occasional table plus wood burning stove. Opposite to port is a small sofa and masses of stowage lockers outboard and under. Security safe. Down stairs to:Passage way with fully tile heads compartment to starboard (with Tecna electric marine toilet and basin) and to port there is the very large separate shower compartment with shower, basin and masses of lockers. Aft to:Owners suite with king size centreline double bed. There are full height wardrobes and masses of storage on both sides of the bed. Reading lights. Bulkhead mounted TV. The entire interior is carpeted and curtained. Black hard wearing upholstery. Vast holding and black water collection tanks. Webasto diesel fired central heating system for year round comfort.
