Description Van De Stadt Marsdiep 24The 1965 Van De Stadt Marsdiep 24 is a beautifully lined ship built by Van Dam in Oude Wetering.The hull is completely shiplapped and the superstructure is mahogany and teak.She sails like a princess in little wind and like a tough girl when the wind is stronger.The Sole Mini 26 has enough power to steam through the Westgat with current and wind against it.
The 1965 Van De Stadt Marsdiep 24 is a beautifully lined ship built by Van Dam in Oude Wetering. The hull is completely shiplapped and the superstructure is mahogany and teak. She sails like a princess in little wind and like a tough girl when the wind is stronger. The Sole Mini 26 has enough power to steam through the Westgat with current and wind against it. For upwind courses, we have a gennaker and with 3 reefs and the Furlex, we can handle all winds. The bow thruster makes mooring a breeze and the electric anchor winch and centerboard do the same. The stainless steel mudflats make falling dry a party.
