The centre cockpit gives a feeling of safety and security on passage and is a delight with one demountable small table which doubles as the sink top cover and one demountable larger table for meals etc which can also be mounted non-centrally to be used as a work bench. There are also two homemade demountable pullman style lights to add/create atmosphere. and the cooker and fridge are nearby/included so the cook never feels left out from cockpit conversations.
