DECK GEAR
Stainless steel pushpit, pulpit and guardwires, 2 x Barlow self tailing sheet winches, teak cockpit seating, anchor windlass, anchor with chain, mooring warps and fenders.
SAILS
Slab reefing mainsail with blue stack pack mainsail cover and lazyjacks. Genoa roller reefing with furling No 1 Genoa (new uv strip 2022). Sails are good. Alloy mast and spars and stainless steel standing rigging.
DOMESTIC
Eberspacher hot air heating system (serviced and checked 2023). Her galley has a New gas cooker with 2 burners, oven and grill, ice box, water supply to the sink is from approx 35 gallon freshwater tank. Her separate heads compartment has a marine toilet and wash basin. Blue fabric upholstery. Opening hatch in fore cabin.
ACCOMMODATION:
There are 6 berths including 2 “V” berths in the forepeak with an infill to make a double, 2 single settee berths in the saloon either side of the central saloon table, one of these berths converts to a double and there is a large single or small double quarter berth aft of the chart table.
