Walkthrough

As you board "Waterford" from the passarelle, you are greeted with a large aft deck featuring a huge U-shaped sofa bench and custom-built teak table, along with a small bar area with a refrigerator and sink. From the spacious aft deck, two staircases lead down to the large swim platform with space for a tender. A staircase also leads up to the flybridge, and the aft deck is equipped with a full eisenglass enclosure for privacy or the option to open it up as desired.

Upon entering the main salon from the aft deck, you are welcomed into a large, comfortable salon with two sofas, two large armchairs, and an entertainment center with a high/low TV. Moving forward, there is ample storage in the cabinetry that separates the formal dining area from the main salon. The dining table is a custom wooden table with seating for eight and large windows that allow plenty of natural light. Access to the helm station, lower lobby with guest staterooms, galley, day head, and the spacious on-deck master stateroom is available on the starboard side. Mid-ship on the starboard side, a watertight door allows access to the exterior.

The galley is located on the port side just forward of the dining room, with two entrances: one from the dining room and another from the main deck foyer. The galley is equipped with Viking appliances, including an oven and stove top, two drawer refrigerators, and a full-sized wine fridge. The "L" shaped galley offers plenty of countertop space and storage.

"Waterford" has a four-stateroom layout accommodating up to eight guests. The master is located on the main deck, a custom feature allowing additional privacy for the owners and their guests. The master stateroom features a king-sized bed, his and her closets, and an ensuite with his and her sinks and a large shower. The guest staterooms are found on the lower deck, including a full beam VIP suite with a makeup vanity and closet, and two identical guest rooms with queen-sized beds, each with their own ensuite. The lower guest foyer offers plenty of storage, including two full-sized wine fridges.

The pilothouse is located a few steps up from the main deck foyer, featuring a large captain seat and an L-shaped bench with a teak table for guests. The helm is equipped with top-of-the-range electronics, including Raymarine, Garmin radar, Seakeeper SK9 (x3), Naiad Fin Stabilizers, ABT Bow & Stern thrusters, and ICOM VHF radios. Access to the upper helm station and sundeck is available via stairs and a sliding hatch on the aft bulkhead.

The flybridge is the showstopper of the vessel, offering extensive entertainment space. The upper helm station features many of the same electronics found in the pilothouse, along with two bench seats for the captain and guests. A custom, collapsible Bimini top provides shade on sunny days. The starboard side of the flybridge has a large U-shaped settee with a table for alfresco dining, while the port side features a bar area with an ice maker, refrigerator, sink, and grill. A hot tub is located at the aft of the flybridge, and the boat deck provides ample space for toys. The Nautical Structures davit is found on the port side, and a curved staircase leads back down to the main aft deck.

The crew quarters are accessed from the galley via a centerline staircase, featuring a crew lounge with an L-shaped settee, microwave, fridge, and TV. The staterooms include two double bunk rooms with a shared head and shower, along with a full-sized washer and dryer. The captain's quarters are located aft of the engine room, accessible from the port side main deck or the transom door, and include a double berth with its own head and another washer and dryer in the lazarette.

If you're looking for a perfect traditional yacht, this is it. A turnkey vessel ready for her new owners!
