This gigantic project has available space on the upper decks of 7000m2 each (or 75,347 sq. ft)
The project is based on one of the safest platforms available in the high tech oil industry but is designed to be a luxury hideout place for the owner and his family with lots of amenities and outside space to give the feeling of being on a private island.

This floating habitat design is also designed for the harsh environment of the North Sea, especially the Norwegian, Northern UK and West of Shetland sector with emphasis on high safety standards and comfortable solutions for offshore accommodation.
This means the self propelled floating habitat is designed to withstand the roughest seas in the world so placing the island in a tropical or The Mediterranean sea is more than safe.
The most obvious advantage of this island is that it can be moved from place to place as the owner wishes; so from the Italian coast to the Greek islands or even to Dubai, The Far east or The Caribbean for the wintertime.

We can offer to design up to 4 different upper levels and large entertainment areas in addition to the penthouse located 80m above sea level.

As standard engines/generator configuration :

Engines:
Triple Azimuth drive systems on each side, Inboard, Diesel/Electric, 6x4750KW, Wartsila Diesels

Maneuvering Machinery and Equipment:
The ACURY self propelled floating habitat can be equipped with a Dynamic Positioning (DP) control system and
DP sensors and positioning reference system to keep the island always in the same position when not anchored.
The six generators drive the six full Azimuth drive systems, electrically powered and driven, with fixed pitch, as variable speed thrusters so in this way the thrusters are used as the main propulsion during transit, and for station keeping (DP).

Mooring
An 8 point mooring system can be installed (4 on each side) for safety offshore with Rolls Royce electric driven mooring winches.
Together with the Dynamic Positioning (DP) this is the perfect combination to be able to remain in the same place offshore.

Green technology:
Due to the amount of available space and the Diesel electric option, green technology solutions can be integrated as well.
