Decoration is luxurious yet comfortable, with layered silk carpets, a bronze coffee table inlaid with burl wood, and furniture upholstered in rich, natural materials. The silk-layered carpets are of the best quality, while the floating platform combines leather with silk carpeting. The back wall is clad in specially treated parchment inscribed with a delicate pattern based on Golden Ratio proportions. Finally the large size and the impressive ceiling height create the perfect balance in the Owner’s Penthouse, allowing the owner to experience the height of Estatement’s luxury in this space.
