WALKTHROUGH

A great looking and stylish yacht with many practical updates and improvements which will be a benefit her next owner. There are two double staterooms plus a VIP suite accessed by a forward stairway by the lower helm. The full beam master stateroom is mid-ship with a private stairway off the portside of the salon. Some of its features are His and Her separate ensuite with a shower on one side and a jacuzzi tub on other side. A walk-in closet is to port forward and excellent hull side windows just above water level and treated with electric blinds, a chaise lounge, a desk, and a 50-inch TV.

The main deck has a nautical décor with wide-planked, light colored wood laminate flooring and Sea-color themed area rug. A L-shape settee faces aft towards the sliding glass salon doors which have three tiers and can open to basically join the salon and aft deck to double the party space. Portside of the salon has two stylish stripe upholstered chairs and a pop-up 50-inch TV with Bose surround sound. Designer nautical theme electric blinds treat the window and a large sliding matching drapery can close off the aft doors. A center cocktail table is finished in a light wood texture giving the space the feeling of an Italian Beach Club.

An Ivory granite topped banquet cabinet separates the dining area from the salon and has a circular light green glass table with 6 leather chairs. A set of refrigerated drawers are to the forward corner for easy beverage service. To the portside is a full bar with Ivory granite top and a glass display case with crystal glassware in fitted mounts. A large Blue Marlin statue is on the banquet top. Air conditioning is diffused through wood fluted valances the border the salon area and there is attractive indirect lighting in the ceiling features.

A step up forward and there is a day head to the portside followed just ahead by a Pantograph opening door to the side deck. Across to starboard is an octagonal shaped galley with granite countertops, Miele appliances, and large SubZero stainless front refrigerator. The galley has a unique opening window to the forward helm area and raised dinette. There is also a Pantograph door opening to the side deck. This is a good sized galley with generous counters and cabinets.

Furthest forward on the main deck there is a raised platform dinette with Ivory granite table top and C-shaped settee to the portside. Great place to serve as daytime desk or for a casual lunch. To starboard is the helm with two large leather electric adjustable helm chairs and full console of electronics and monitors. Behind are sliding doors to hide a couple of ships systems electrical panels.

The foredeck has a large U-shaped lounge seat with twin teak tables. There is a sturdy stainless frame which folds back into a pocket for a forward bimini shade. Ahead of the tables is a large sunlounge area.

The aft deck has the benefit of a large overhang from the extended flybridge which covers the settee and large teak table. The sole has custom snap down Infinity Fabrics woven luxury vinyl which is comfortable, practical and good looking. Stairways lead down to the hydraulic swim platform from either side.

An aft door opens to the crew quarters and machinery space or they can also be accessed from a portside door with stairway down from the side deck. Two staterooms, a dinette lounge, and separate shower and sink/head compartments along with a pair of Miele washer and dryer. Entry to the engine room is forward.

MAIN SALON

The main salon is entered from the aft deck via a tinted glass / stainless steel sliding door which can be opened in three tiers to have the option of fully merging the indoor and outdoor space or selecting separation. The main salon offers comfortable seating for owners and guests while the décor theme is nautical spirited and casually elegant. Light wood textured laminate flooring is throughout the main deck extending through the dining and galley areas.

• L-shaped settee to the starboard side facing aft is Ivory leatherette with light blue piping trim. Plush, decorative pillows are abundant, light blue color with a Seahorse is a theme seen throughout the interior.
• Two armchairs to the portside are upholstered in a designer stripe and are separated by an cabinet with black marble top containing A/V components. Just behind is a wood console containing a pop-up TV which is a 50-inch Sony smart LED.

The stateroom is accessed by a stairway located on the portside of the salon. At the bottom of this stairway is a landing foyer with a large storage closet (great for luggage), a full length mirror, and entry door to the stateroom. There is also a walk-in closet with full-length mirror and another closet.

This stateroom features two separate “His and Hers” heads both to the starboard side, one with shower to the forward side of the stateroom (his?), the other with a jacuzzi tub to the aft side of the room (hers?). Both luxurious heads have marble vanities with white porcelain sinks, designer fixtures, mirrors with lighting bars to either side, Tecma marine toilets, plus marble and wood trimmed soles. The side with Jacuzzi tub also has a bidet. The shower compartment has a rainhead fixture with body spray jets, a marble fixture console, and wood strip planked floor with drainage below.

This forward stairway is beneath the boats forward deckhouse windows and benefits from the natural light through the windshield. The two side guest double berth ensuite staterooms are one step aft of the stairway landing. Both of these side staterooms have fold down single pullman berths in addition to their double berths.

The forward VIP suite is large and luxurious with an offset Queen berth, built in nightstands and cabinetry with stone tops.

CREW QUARTERS

The crew quarters are entered via aft locking transom door or from the portside deck fiddle door down a small ladder to some steps. There are two crew cabins, one to the starboard side has a single bunk with the portside forward cabin having full sized upper and lower bunks. This room has a safe, reading lights, opening portlight, and drawers beneath the lower berth. The starboard side stateroom has a single bunk.

A booth style dinette with wood table is to portside aft with a 24-inch Vision TV, which can pick up the ship’s cameras as well as TV programs. An Azimut ships monitoring touchscreen panel, 10” Garmin touchscreen, underwater light controls, a Fusion Apollo RA770 stereo, clock, and camera. Across is an Isotherm refrigerator and stainless sink with storage cabinets.

There is a head compartment with marble vanity sink and mirror, then a separate shower room across the companionway with mirror vanity area and shower compartment with wood strip drain sole.

Moving aft is the laundry with a set of Miele Touchmatic front loading washer and dryers and an ironing station. This whole area has the snap down coco mat floor runners and there are fold down scuba tank racks along the walls by the stairway.

There is a console on the starboard side which houses a pop-up 65” smart TV. All the cushions are the Ivory vinyl with light blue piping trim. There is a curved stairway from the aft deck which accesses the bridge. This stairway has a custom canvas enclosure which gives privacy as well as weather protection.

DECK EQUIPMENT

• Walk-around side decks, port and starboard with midships boarding gates. All teak decks were removed, Decks were leveled, fiberglass, faired and painted with Awlgrip non-skid.
• Polished stainless steel bow railing, fairleads, and bollard cleats.
• There is still teak on the aft near transom and on the hydraulic swim platform.
• The platform has adjustable Hurley Marine chocks and a 13’ Avon/Marine SeaSport 380DL RIB tender 2018 with Yamaha 50hp four stroke outboard with 69 hours. This is a luxury tender with console helm and Garmin GPS/map.
• From the top starboard sidestep there is a Opacmare stainless steel retractable passarelle with guidelines. Controls for this unit is in the aft deck railing.
• On the foredeck there is a U-shaped settee with two teak Thomas Anthony refinished cocktail tables. A heavy framed fold up bimini top when retracted lays into a recessed space behind the settee. Two Roswell 9” speakers, a Fusion stereo remote panel, and courtesy lighting are below the track secured seat cushions.
• Forward of the foredeck settee is a large sun pad. Beneath the bow sun pad is an emergency escape hatch from the forward stateroom.
• Forward of the sun pad are two Lofrans stainless anchor windlass with brake and chain locks mounted on a stainless steel base. The pocket anchors retract up into recessed spaces with stainless strike plates.
