Length 15 m x 3.5 m beam The Mast base is tied mechanically to hull bottom to allow future modification to install functioning sails if desired. The cut steel plates for the hull were supplied by Euroship and the hull was constructed by Sirius Yachts in the UK. The fit-out was completed by Sirius Marine Services.

The construction of Branta was started in 2009 and she was launched in August 2011. Three coats of 2-pack Hempadur applied to hull in September 2017. Full survey including hull on 20th September 2017.Sold to the current owners in 2018 who have since completed all recommendations of the survey. In 2020 a new rear canopy with full side, front and rear enclosures is being added to allow the cockpit to become totally weatherproofed
