Boat Overview

The Bavaria 36 has been in the current ownership since 2007 and has been based in Scottish waters since her commissioning by the original owner. This vessel features a spacious two-cabin layout, offering two double cabins and an additional two occasional berths in the saloon. A large single head is located to starboard aft. The saloon, galley, and nav station are designed in an open plan, creating a generous living space below decks. On deck, all lines are led aft to the cockpit, with a furling mainsail and genoa that provide an easily handled sail plan for a crew of two to operate without leaving the cockpit.

Now reluctantly offered for sale as her owners look to retire from sailing, her inventory highlights include:

  • Original gelcoat finish to coachroof and topsides
  • Volvo Penta MD2030 marine diesel engine
  • Crystec CPS300 battery charger
  • Raymarine autopilot
  • Navman Tracker 5500 chart plotter
  • Garmin GPS128 GPS
  • Silva S15 DSC VHF
  • Bavaria Yachts two burner, grill and oven gas cooker
  • Built-in top-loading fridge
  • Eberspacher, diesel-fired blown air system
  • Jabsco manual marine toilet
  • In-mast roller reefing mainsail and roller reefing genoa
  • Lofrans Cayman 88 electric windlass
  • Inflatable dinghy with 2.5hp Suzuki outboard

The Bavaria 36 HAMLET is lying afloat and in commission on her berth in Craobh Marina, available for immediate viewing by prior appointment.
