Construction

Built by Beneteau in 2011, the vessel features a light pearl grey, semi-displacement, GRP hull with stainless steel rubbing strakes. The white GRP coachroof includes moulded forward decks and teak side decks, aft deck, and swim platform. The boat has opening doors to the transom platform and starboard side deck, alloy and folding stainless steel mooring cleats, and a stainless steel and teak bowsprit for the anchor. It is equipped with stainless steel wrap-around safety rails and teak steps leading to the flybridge. The flybridge offers extensive seating and lockers, a teak table, an external galley (sink, electric hob, and Waeco fridge), and a mast for navigation lights, search light, antennas, and a dinghy davit with Harken self-tailing winch. The upholstery is silver grey with white vinyl seat and helm covers. Full engine and navigation equipment are available on the flybridge, as well as an interior helm position. The aft deck features twin lazarettes and L-shaped seating with silver/grey cushions. The current ownership began in 2020, and the boat has been cruised locally. A survey was conducted at the time of purchase, and all recommendations have been carried out.

Accommodation

The boat accommodates six berths in two double cabins plus the saloon, which includes two heads compartments. The interior features mahogany woodwork. The owner's suite is located forward with a centerline double berth, storage under the berth, and two full-height wardrobes. The en-suite heads compartment is to starboard, equipped with a shower, electric marine toilet, and basin. A corridor leads to the saloon with a guest cabin to port, featuring two single berths that convert to a double, a large wardrobe, a hull window, and an opening port. The day/guest heads is opposite and to starboard, equipped with an electric flush marine toilet, shower, and basin.

Up steps to the saloon: The double helm position is forward and to starboard, with an opening side door to the deck. This area includes a double seat with a hinge-up bolster and hinge-down flooring, along with full electrical and navigation equipment. The galley is to port of the saloon and is U-shaped, comprising two deep stainless steel sinks, a gas oven with grill, a separate three-burner gas hob, a front-loading fridge/freezer, and ample storage. Corian worktops are also included. The saloon seating features a settee to starboard with a mahogany dining table, which can convert to an occasional guest double berth with a privacy curtain. To port, there is a line of large storage cupboards and a TV set. The entire area is made private with curtains and venetian blinds. A Webasto diesel-fired central heating system is installed throughout. The aft deck is accessible via triple sliding patio-type doors. The boat is equipped with grey water and toilet holding tanks.
