Craft fully equipped for inland and coastal cruising. Full galley refit 2007 with Avonite work surface with two stainless steel sinks, 3 burner gas hob, electric combination oven, 80L fridge. Oven new 2020. New cockpit upholstery 2020. New saloon upholstery 2022. New domestic batteries 2022, new port engine battery October 2023. New starboard engine battery August 2019. Props refurbished 2015. New hot water tank 2019. Annual engine service all filters and oils November 2023. New full aft canopy fitted 2019.

Accommodations

The Broom 36 is a fantastic, versatile craft for both inland and sea cruising. It provides a spacious interior with a large double berth aft cabin with en-suite shower and toilet. The forward cabin has comfortable twin V berths. The forward heads are for the use of the forward cabin and day use for guests. The galley is well equipped and refitted 2007 with Avonite top and built to the forward starboard side. The saloon has a very nice U seat to the starboard side that has been recovered 2022. The high build of the Broom timber is finished in mahogany with a large sideboard to port. Access to the helm position via steps to a comfortable helm position and seating that has also been replaced 2020.

Electric winch with stainless steel CQR anchor, stainless steel 25kg mud weight. Spare anchor. Approx 140 feet of 1/4 inch chain, assorted ropes with storage and fenders. 240 volt ship to shore cable. Boarding ladder. Lifebuoy. Front screen cover. Calor gas bottles 4.5kg.
