Boat Overview

This Broom 39 is now for sale exclusively through Clarke & Carter. Built in 1994 by Broom Boats in Norfolk as a successor to the Ocean 38. Its wide beam provides spacious accommodation for its length, which includes an island double berth aft with separate heads and shower compartments. Designed for both inland and coastal cruising, 'Aquarius' fits well into the latter category with twin Volvo Penta 330hp inboard diesels with sensible hours. Construction

Broom 39 built in 1994. White GRP hull and superstructure with moulded non-slip surfaces. Alloy rubbing strake with rubber insert. Hydraulic wheel steering to twin rudders. Integral bathing platform with teak slats. Hinged GRP radar arch and windscreen. Three windscreen wipers.

Accommodation

Up to six berths in three cabins outside of the saloon with good standing headroom throughout. Hot and cold pressurised water supply to galley sinks, wash basins and showers. Eberspacher diesel fired central heating system.

• Forward cabin: Twin V-berth forwards with hanging locker. En suite access to forward heads compartment.
• Forward heads: Located to starboard with electric marine toilet, wash basin and separate shower. Holding tank for heads with diverter valve and tank gauge.
• Galley: Well-equipped galley located to starboard. Thetford four burner gas hob and Thetford gas oven and grill. Isotherm upright fridge. Two galley sinks with mixer tap. Plenty of galley work surface with recessed waste bin.
• Dinette: Located to port opposite the galley. U-shaped seating with table which converts to a double berth.
• Saloon: Central saloon area to starboard with seating opposite. Cream leatherette upholstery. Plentiful storage around saloon.
• Aft cabin: Double island berth with hanging lockers and drawers. Bulkhead mounted Toshiba TV. En-suite heads compartment to starboard with electric marine toilet and wash basin. Separate en-suite shower compartment to port.
