Designed by Alan buchanan and built by Priors of Burnham in 1959 to Lloyds 100A1 standard for competing in RORC Class II racing.

Inventory / Description

She proved to be a fast, successful yacht in her early years. She was featured in Yachting Monthly 1961.  The design is notable for the extra beam, much more than was usual at this period.  She has a large cock-pit with plenty space for the crew to work the yacht, wheel steering keeps the helmsman out of the way and her extra beam allows for wide clear side deck and plenty room around the mast.

She had a major refit by David Moss Boat Builder, Fleetwood in 2007-8 with full photographic record and continuous updating.  More recently she has had a new Beta Marine engine in 2018 which has hardly been used.

6 berths with 6’6” headroom, this is a very elegant and fast cruiser racer, ideal for classic regattas or just family cruising.

She has been laid up afloat for a couple of years under a full winter cover and is in need of some cosmetic refit work, but is a complete boat with plenty of kit and seemingly sound condition.
