It is Bluewater capable yet is also a terrific coastal cruiser. It Feels like a 30' yacht. Separate fore-cabin, enclosed head, galley. Westerbeke inboard (needs repair to the transmission.) Fully equipped including all sails. This boat is a hand-built classic design. Easy shoal and blue water sailing. Enclosed head, separate fore cabin, galley, and teak trim throughout.
