The price is now significantly reduced to Euros 599,000 due again to personal circumstances for an immediate sale. (a reduction of almost 200,000 in 1 month)

This is an opportunity to buy a virtually new yacht. The circumstances surrounding her sale meant that for over a decade she was stored ashore unused until completion in 2016.

Garcia Passoa CC55. First commissioned 2016. One of the most exceptional and impressive yachts we have seen in a long time, from the boards of respected designers Alain Mortain & Yannis Mavrikios and renowned manufacturers Garcia Yachts for the hull and structure, Rameau Shipyard, Ethel for interior carpentry and decks. This yacht is truly built and equipped to travel the world in style. Incredibly strong aluminium hull and structure associated with the Garcia name, centreboard lifting keel, powerful cutter rig. Construction started in 2004, for personal reasons the yacht was put ashore, inside, the build on hold until December 2015. Finally completed, first launched and commissioned in 2016.

An owners version substantial ocean cruiser of a very high quality. Accom for 6/7 in 2 double cabins and one twin bunk cabin and saloon. Superbly joinered and finished interior. Spacious light and roomy saloon with large circular seating dining area, separate nave station and well equipped linear galley. Powered by a 115hp Perkins (fully overhauled 2016), new Max Power bowthruster 2021, all Russo sails from 2016, standing rigging 2016. Harken electric winches, Kohler generator, water maker, calorifier, washing machine, electric toilets. Furuno nav gear 2016. The list goes on

The online details are only a fraction of the information we have on this yacht which is now in full commission, has been sailing in S. France, lifted ashore again early July at Carenage du Lavandou.

A separate 132 page incredibly comprehensive and detailed specification is available on request which covers a detailed break down of 99% of the yachts equipment, additional photos, instructions, electronic diagrams, list of maintenance manuals/instructions, along with a 2020 full survey (in French)

We have far more photos available than are shown on this website.

Belgian Flag, tax paid. 599,000

Should you become the new owner of this yacht then the responsibility to re-register or update official bodies for items such as EPIRB, VHF, MMSI or AIS becomes yours.
