BROKERS REMARKS
"SCHANZSEA-13" was purchased by her present owners in August of 2021. Purchased in Washington, DC and brought to Ft. Lauderdale, which has served as a winter home. Present owners have addressed many deferred maintenance items only to continually upgrade and maintain their boat. Hatteras is without a doubt a great American Pedigree yacht, i.e. like purchasing a Blue Chip Stock.
