Overview and Walkthrough

This 60’ Hatteras features a gloss cherry interior woodwork with a customized three stateroom layout, including:

• Enlarged athwartships master stateroom
• Centerline queen berth VIP stateroom forward
• Upper/lower twin berth guest stateroom

The master and VIP staterooms have ensuite heads, and the guest head has a companionway door for easy daytime use. A laundry closet with a new Samsung washer and dryer is also present. New Amtico laminated teak and holly flooring runs throughout the salon, galley, companionway, and all three heads, while new carpeting is in the staterooms.

Over the course of two years starting in 2021, virtually every soft surface of the interior has been renewed. All headliners were replaced, and a new lighting system was installed with LEDs. The air-conditioning has been updated with new ductwork and several new air-handlers with ionizing purifiers. Other updates include:

• New vinyl wall covering
• Rebuilt salon settee and new salon window treatments
• New bedding and mattresses
• Completely updated A/V system

The focus of this project was to create a reliable and comfortable fishing machine. The flybridge received a complete update with the newest available Furuno Electronics, a new PR Canvas SeaCrylic enclosure, and all new Bentley stitched bridge and chair cushions. Flexiteek decking was added, and the helm pod was faux teak painted with a new polished stainless custom helm wheel.

A top-notch CAT technician was engaged to perform preventative maintenance on the 1650hp C-32s. The boat runs smoothly and fast, easily capable of a 30+ knot cruise with a top speed in the 36 knot range. The VENTURA has excellent sea handling capabilities, as the 60 Hatt is well known for.

Fishing Features

The cockpit deck features FlexiTeek for low maintenance. A transom livewell is part of a complete livebait system with pump box and dual inlet pumps. Additional features include:

The attractive cherry woodwork is complemented by the Amtico teak and holly sole. A new headliner with custom LED lighting enhances the brightness of the space. The galley is forward with a light-colored engineered stone countertop, and a L-shaped dinette is across from it with a cherrywood inlaid table.

A new Samsung smart TV is flush mounted into the cabinetry, and a small bar cabinet is located next to it. Inside the salon door, there is a cabinet with a new drink ice-cube machine.

The portside features a large L-shaped leatherette sofa, completely renewed with comfortably pitched, tufted backrest and firm base cushions. A custom teak cocktail table with inlaid wood matches the flooring. A blue designer area rug adds warmth, along with another blue nautical rug by the salon entryway. A coordinated blue upholstered ottoman with a hinged top cushion provides additional storage and seating.

The attention to detail in this Hatteras interior is rarely seen in brokerage sportfishing boats. The following items are either new or updated within the past few years:
