Upgrades and Maintenance

The present owners have enjoyed being caretakers of this wonderful vessel for the last five years and have done a very nice job with upgrades and maintenance throughout. An incomplete list would include:-complete bottom job maintenance with primer and paint in 2019

-original 2 ft swim platform removed and replaced with custom 5 ft platform and custom aluminum steps to the aft deck in 2019

-under step swim platform dock box added in 2019 for dive gear and spares

-multi color underwater lights added in 2019 with control adjacent to master bed

-icemaker, two under galley counter refrigerators and under bar beverage cooler replaced in 2020. there is an additional wine chiller on the helm deck

-forward stateroom, landing, bunkroom, midship stateroom and salon flooring replaced with composite flooring in 2020

-master stateroom jacuzzi tub removed in 2021 and replaced with custom tile shower. jacuzzi pump in engine room removed at this time freeing up space forward and adjacent to the starboard engine

-new LED searchlight installed in 2021 with mobile remote control presently located at helm

-helm deck, forward stairs, master suite and master stairs carpet replaced with composite flooring in 2021

-all plumbing waste hoses from every head to holding tank replaced in 2021

-new ICOM IC-M424G VHF added to bridge helm 2021

-4 new 8D batteries August 2021

-mid stateroom head macerator rebuilt 2022

-monthly bottom cleanings since purchased


Engines

All four turbos were cleaned and serviced in September of 2021. One required further attention and was sent out for a full rebuild. Engines will spin up to 2150 to 2200 rpms at full load. Oil changes and filters completed as required. On a recent excursion she ran smoothly with all temps and pressures steady and right where they belong. Engine room video while running available.


Deck

Galley Maid anchor windlass with 80 lb Suncor Plowmaster stainless steel anchor with 300 ft of 3/8 acculoy chain. Freshwater wash down on bow and stern. Marquipt 1200 lb low profile dinghy davit on bridge. Two sets of Marquipt dock steps; one 8 step and one 5 step stored behind sofa in salon. Also one Marquipt boarding ladder fastened to along port side bow rail. Port and starboard deck boxes on bow for storage. Chest freezer on bridge deck.


Electrical

20 Kw Onan generator in sound shield. 2 glendenning cable masters with 70 ft 50A shorepower cords on starboard side. 2 shore power connections port side with cords stored on the bow and spares under forward stateroom berth. SMX digital AC/reverse heat cycle (5 units) for each of the staterooms plus salon. Lamarche constant volt battery charger. Inverter. 8D house batteries (4) new August 2021. 


IN WATER HULL SURVEY

A hull survey for insurance purposes was done on June 15, 2022 by Down Under Bottom Cleaning. Copies are available upon request. Findings include:

Outside Hull: The underwater portion of the hull is in excellent condition; The current paint is in very good condition with some thinning at the water line. The hull is cleaned on a monthly schedule and inspected at that time. The diver identifies any new or potential problems. There were no blisters showing at the time of inspection.

Rudders: Rudders are in good condition with no unusual or excess movement

Struts: Struts are in good condition

Cutlass Bearings: Cutlass bearings are in good condition with no movement

Propellers: Propellers are old and have some pitting and appear in good condition

Shafts: Shafts are in good visible condition

Thru Hulls: All thru hulls appear in good condition

Anodes: All anodes are replaced as needed on a regular basis

Recommendations: At this time we recommend the stern anode be replaced next cleaning


Exclusions

Wine racks in the bunk room / wine cellar are available to new owner but the alcohol on board does not convey. Owner's personal effects also excluded. All spares and safety equipment included.
