Owner of an Annapolis boatyard has conscientiously cared for her the past 10 years. Cruising comfort at an economical one gallon per mile. Original Hatteras Teak interior in very good condition.
Vessel Walkthrough Forward is a Guest Stateroom with over/under single berths and enclosed head with stall shower. Next aft is the Crew’s Quarters to port with two single berths and enclosed head. To starboard are the full-size washer and dryer, dinette and stairs up to the Pilothouse. The passageway aft has large standup engine rooms to port and starboard. Next aft is the VIP Stateroom with two single berths to port and enclosed head with stall shower to starboard. All the way aft is the full beam Master Stateroom with double berth, lots of storage and enclosed head with tub and shower.
The Pilothouse has comfortable bench seating, full helm and port/starboard wing doors. The Galley is forward of and open to the Salon. The Salon is full beam with sofa and entertainment center. Aft is the enclosed deck with dining table and chairs.
Above the enclosed aft deck are the inflatable dink and davit. Forward is the flybridge with upper helm station.
