This was going to be my retirement boat, but it got caught up in litigation. I now have to sell it due to age and health issues. My loss is your gain. For the right person who has the skills and wants to put in the work, this could be a great project. Replacement value was put at over $600,000 by yacht appraiser. Note that it is basically a bare hull but with nice teak railings and cockpit sole, wood floors and doors interior that are still in good shape. No engine...but that means you can decide how you want to power it. Boat is ocean capable with heavy keel. I lived aboard for a year in Baltimore harbor and it was cozy even in winter. Boat is located on the hard in Solomons, Maryland and is offered for sale "as is, where is". Also have mainmast and mizzenmast that were purchased for the restoration project.
