For sale this very comfortable JEANNEAU Folie Douce “FIDJI” , year built 1971, which is moored in the marina of Lanzarote in the Canary Islands. The perfect yacht for solo sailing, very independent and with all necessary for making a very comfortable life onboard. This sailing boat is in general good condition after a complete refit, ready to sail, without the need for investment. In the year 2006, the previous owner prepared it for a long sail. In France was carried a general repair of the boat out (reinforced hull, fittings, new rigging, sails, new engine, complete new equipment, including washing machine,…). The investment to the reconstruction was over 60.000 EUR. The reconstruction is completely documented in about 500 photos. In the year 2012, the previous owner sailed with the boat to the Canary Islands, where he ended the sail for family reasons. The current owner bought it at the beginning of the year 2019 and performed service and replacement of the material (please see specifications). The owner planned to move to the Canary Islands, but unfortunately has to postpone this plan for now. The boat can be seen in marina Lanzarote in the Canary Islands and is ready to sail on its long voyage. During the entire stay in the Canary Islands, the boat had regular supervision and service in marina Lanzarote. The monthly fee in the marina is 180 € (possibility of taking over the mooring place, or renting a boat only for accommodation, that pays the mooring costs).
