Launched in summer 2005, Te Mana is a custom design based upon C W Paine's fast sailing, Bouganvillea series. When inspecting the boat, the main tenants in design become evident. Fast, easily sailed by two, incredible pilothouse views, quiet, bomb-proof, commercial engine, walkability on decks and below, and easy deployment of an oversized tender.

Launched in summer 2005, Te Mana is a custom design based upon C W Paine's fast sailing, Bouganvillea series. When inspecting the boat, the main tenants in design become evident. Fast, easily sailed by two, incredible pilothouse views, quiet, bomb-proof, commercial engine, walkability on decks and below, and easy deployment of an oversized tender. Te Mana is arguably the nicest boat that Kanter Yachts of Ontario, Canada has ever built. Her fit and finish exceed what had been demanded by other owners and she was modified with innummerable upgrading of original equipment specifications. It was no wonder that Cruising World Magazine voted her BOAT OF THE YEAR in 2005. Since then, Te Mana has been sailed extensively, from The Canadan Maritimes to the Caribbean. She motors at a diesel sipping 3.3 nmpg at 8.5 knots and excels under sail. Enjoy watching the miles roll away (220+ mile days) from the expansive views of the large pilot house or quietly survey the harbor from it's comfortable settees and luxurious appointments.
Over the last two years, Te Mana has sailed from the Great Lakes to the Caribbean. Te Mana has just recently traveled from Trinidad to St. Martin (December 2015), and is available for viewing.
Te Mana has received on going maintenance, and in 2014, the entire hull was professionally painted Awlgrip FLAG BLUE. Other recent upgrades include:
