MECHANICAL

Yanmar 1GM10 single cylinder 9HP inboard diesel engine. 50l diesel tank approx. Consumption per hour of around 1.2 litres. Shaft drive to fixed propeller Cruising speed under engine is around 4 knots and a maximum speed of around 5 knots.

ELECTRICAL

Alternator charging to 2 x 12v batteries (new). New Switch panel, voltmeter and USB charging. New LED lighting throughout.

NAVIGATION

Compass, navigation lights.

SAFETY

Bilge pump.

DECK GEAR

Stainless steel pushpit, pulpit and guardwires, 2 sheet winches and 2 halyard winches, anchor with chain and warp, mooring warps and fenders.

SAILS

Mainsail with cover. (both recently overhauled). Furling Headsail on genoa roller reefing system (sail recently overhauled). Alloy mast and boom, stainless steel standing rigging.

DOMESTIC

New sound system with speakers. Her galley has a gas cooker with 2 burners, icebox, 7 gallon flexible water tank. Separate heads compartment with marine toilet. Needs new upholstery.
ACCOMMODATION
She has 4/6 berths in 2 cabins including a double “V” berth in the forepeak, 2 single settee berths in the saloon and a double berth in the separate aft cabin
