The boat can fish the big water, cruise in style or you can sit on the bridge to enjoy the views. The bridge has the best views. There is plenty of seating for guests and two large ladder-back swivel seats. The sporty hardtop provides plenty shade. The cockpit is spacious with over 80 square feet of deck space. There is a massive fish box in the deck. There is a transom door to bring in the big ones. There is a cockpit sink, bait prep area and tackle drawers. The boat has an access door in the cockpit going down to the engine room. Twin Caterpillar 3126TA engines are rated for 420 horsepower. The engines have low hours 725 and 710. There is a diesel generator to provide power while under way. The salon is spacious and bright. There are large windows on the sides and large picture window looking in the cockpit. A large l-shaped sofa can provide plenty of room for guests. The raised U-shaped dining table allows you to see all of the views. There is a galley and cabinets for food prep and storage. Step down to the cabins. There is forward cabin with plenty cabinets and drawers. The forward hatch provides plenty of light and ventilation The head has sink, vanity and separate shower stall. The captain has a large cabin midship. It is very wide with high head room and plenty of storge drawers. CONDITION OF VESSEL: The seller discloses that the boat was near a fire from a neighboring boat in a marine. The fire caused external gel coat damage on the starboard side up near the hardtop. The windows and seals did not get damaged as there was not enough heat to damage them or to cause structural damage. The exterior was professionally restored. During the incident the electronics were damaged, so they were removed and never replaced. The boat looks very presentable. The topside paint was nice and shiny. The gel coat below the rub rail looked in good condition except for some fender rash on the starboard side. There is some minor wear and tear chips near the rub rail. The gelcoat in the cockpit appeared to be on good overall condition. The cockpit and gunnels do not show excessive wear and tear. No soft spots were noticed anywhere on the boat. The engine room had no oily or fuel smells. The bilges and engines could use a cleaning. There is some normal corrosion on the engine and the generator has some excessive rust. The bridge is clean and bright. All new cushions are present. Newer seats were installed however, the back rests need to be secured. The hard top was repainted and looks great. There are signs from the excessive heat as you can see some switches are partially damaged. The salon is cluttered with equipment and boxes of new parts. The carpet could use a deep cleaning. There is mildew present and it smells musty. The cushions look to be in good condition, however they need a deep cleaning. The cabins were musty, the cabinets looked to be in good condition.
