Here we have a very tidy Princess 25 from 1977. She is all original gelcoat and a clean and tidy boat that was the pride and joy of her owner of the last 7 years.
Unfortunately he has passed away quite suddenly and the boat is now being sold by the family. The owner had only just removed the wheelhouse head lining to replace it but given the situation this is no longer possible due to this sad event for the family, so this will need to be completed.
This is a very tidy Princess 25 from 1977. She features all original gelcoat and is a clean and tidy boat that was the pride and joy of her owner for the last 7 years.
Unfortunately, the owner has passed away quite suddenly, and the boat is now being sold by the family. The owner had just removed the wheelhouse head lining for replacement, but due to this sad event, this task is no longer possible. This will need to be completed, but it is a simple matter of two plywood sheets covered in vinyl or painting the exposed underside of the GRP roof moulding, so it is not a major issue. The boat has been priced accordingly.
Other than this small issue, the boat appears to be in good order. All upholstery is in good condition, and she is well equipped, having clearly been looked after. Her open plan, spacious interior offers two sleeping areas, all with storage underneath, and she is very clean and dry throughout.
Canopy and InteriorHer heads compartment has a toilet to holding tank and is very spacious for the size of the boat. The galley has plenty of storage, a separate hob and oven, and a fridge in the cockpit.
The boat can sleep 41 inside plus in the cockpit if required. Her saloon converts to a double when needed.
She is powered by a 4 cyl Volvo petrol engine that is serviced. She also has 240 volt shore power with an immersion heater and warm air diesel heating.
She has a valid Boat Safety Certificate (to April 2028). Her mooring may be available by separate negotiation with the boat yard.
Given all the above, she is being offered at a bargain price for a quick sale and is a lot of boat for the money.
