Cruising Speed: 6 knots @ 2400rpmTanksHolding: yesAccommodationsThe interior features hand finished teak joinery, teak and holly cabin sole, white painted head-liner and cabin sides and light colored upholstery. The vessel has ample storage throughout to make living aboard or cruising truly easy and organized. There is 6' 6" headroom.
Forward is a large storage area with many lockers and an offset single berth on port. Just aft to starboard is the owners cabin with a large pull-out double berth. To port of the master stateroom is a head with a separate stall shower. The large main salon has port and starboard settees, each of which can double as a sea berth, and an engine box/table amidships creating a large open living area. Up two steps and to port is a fore and aft facing dinette which doubles as a nav station and can convert to a large double berth. Opposite on starboard is the small but functional galley. The companionway to the cockpit is between the galley and dinette.
GalleyThe galley is aft to starboard and features a Gas Systems two burner CNG stove with oven, and a 110 volt AC front opening refrigerator. There is a double stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressure water and ample storage in cabinets above and below the counter. The water heater is 10 gallon and has an engine heat exchange loop and 110 volt heating element.Electronics

Broker CommentsIn April 2003 the vessel was hauled and several years accumulation of bottom paint was removed down to the bare hull. An epoxy barrier coat was applied and then two coats of bottom paint. Last hauled in June 2004 for bottom paint, new cutlass bearing, and new packing. The fuel was polished and engine serviced at the same time.
This vessel has a knowledgeable and experienced owner and consequently is in very good condition both cosmeticly and mechanically.
