Description
‘Wendy’ is a small Dutch barge believed built in the 1970s in Leiden, Netherlands. For her size, she is surprisingly roomy having fore and aft cabins and a wheelhouse that provides additional living space. She was bought by the current owner in the Netherlands and has been used year round for cruising and as a houseboat, so could be great as a liveaboard. Last out of the water in 2018 for blacking and anodes and mechanically sound, although the decks and superstructure need repainting. A mooring at nearby Upware lock could be available to a new owner.
Viewings can be arranged 7 days a week by prior appointment.
