Mahogany frame and battens. Decks 6mm ply, sub deck 6mm mahogany and maple planking. All surfaces are epoxy encapsulated. Fastenings stainless steel and silicon bronze. Finish Epoxy encapsulation (14 coats) premium 2 component lacquer containing UV filters applied in 4 to 5 coats by spray. Underwater hull sheathed in 200g fibreglass cloth, epoxy encapsulated and finished with 3 coats of marine grade polyurethane topcoat, white antifoul with turquoise boot line.
