The price includes an inflatable dinghy and outboard. They are stored inside lockers and when you sail you can keep the dinghy o the aft platform. The boat is ready to sail, and the seller is finalizing the last jobs on the boat because if they do not sell it they will be using it for charter for the summer. Therefore they are preparing the boat for the season. There is a table to fit in the cockpit, you can see a white table folded behind the chairs in the cockpit. The boat never had osmosis and the hull has been antifouled in February, anodes changed etc. They do not know the age of the rigging but they had it checked and serviced and it is good. About IVA, the boat will be sold with IVA paid in Spain.
