DESCRIPTION

Built in the USA the Cape Dory 28 was one of the most popular designs of her size when in production, state side. With her traditional lines, clean decks and spacious layout below decks she provides crew with living space not often found on boat below 30’ in length.

LAZY BEAVER has an interesting history, arriving in the UK following a circumnavigation with her first owner in 1974. Based in Argyll since 2009 she has proven to be a comfortable cruising yacht, ideally suited to short or single-handed cruising. Benefitting from regular professional maintenance and upgrading; including a significant refit during 2011/12 her inventory highlights include:

Chainplate assemblies replaced 2012
