The Bill Dixon Moody S31 was an evolution of the earlier Moody Mk I & II’s. With her increased waterline length and greater beam the design was Moody’s version of the popular French cruisers of a similar size. Below decks she offers much larger volume of accommodation than the earlier designs while being a quicker performer under sail.
A late example of the Moody S31 CALLOO was launched for the 199 season. She features the optional wheel steering, factory fitted when new along with the ‘sport rig’, a slightly taller 7/8th fractionally rigged mast. CONSTRUCTION
Hull Construction:
Single piece GRP moulded hull.
