DESCRIPTION

David Sadler developed the design for the Sadler 32 as an evolution of his highly regarded earlier design for the Contessa 32. While the CO32 is a classical design with a low profile and elegant sweeping lines it does have some shortfalls. The Sadler 32 design was the evolution to address these short comings providing better light wind and downwind sailing performance while improving accommodation below decks. In many ways the Sadler 32 was ahead of her time marked a step change in the design of production cruising yachts. Over a ten year production run approximately 300 hulls were moulded. Although never enjoying the notoriety of the Contessa 32 the Sadler 32 has a legion of fans who appreciate the easily handled sail plan, competitive performance and practical below decks accommodation. 

Purchased by her current owner in 2018 the Sadler 32 STORMALONG is offered for sale with a full cruising inventory including:

GRP laminate formed internal structural members
Internal moulding to form sole forward
Hull finished original blue gelcoat with vinyl graphics
Below water hull finished in red antifouling.

Single piece GRP moulded deck and superstructure incorporating self-draining cockpit.
