S/V Sierra Vista is a beautiful, well-maintained 1994 Catalina 320. She is located at the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay in Hampton VA and turn-key ready for a weekend cruise. With a draft of 4'-3", she is perfect for shallow water sailing. The Perkins 29hp KD3024 is regularly serviced by marine diesel mechanics to ensure excellent performance while motoring. It runs great! Recent upgrades include:

Starting forward in the vessel is the guest cabin with V-berth, storage, and hanging locker. Under the V-Berth is a 26 gallon fresh water tank. Also located under the V-berth is the ProNautic battery charger.

The main salon has two settees, one on port and one on starboard, with below. The salon table lowers to make a berth with the starboard settee. Below the port settee is a 20 gallon fresh water tank. Below the starboard settee is two AGM 4D batteries (2017), the 12 gallon waste holding tank, and the macerator. The port settee meets with the navigation station and electronics panel.

On port aft of the salon next to the companion way, the U-Shaped galley offers comfort and ease of use while underway. The galley features a double stainless steel sink, Hillerange propane 2-burner stove and oven, under-counter refrigerator with freezer box and storage throughout.

On starboard aft of the salon sits the head which includes a manual flush toilet, vanity, shower, and hot & cold pressure water. The engine can be accessed below the companionway stairs and in the aft cabin.

In the aft of the vessel is the master cabin with a full size bed. This cabin features a large double berth, hanging locker, and drawers.
