DESCRIPTION

Remarks :
A Vancouver 34 pilot is ideal for our waters with its internal helm, spacious cockpit with wheel steering and a full canopy and a comfortable interior. The pilothouse with it's raised seating offers great visibility. Cutter rigged with a self tacking staysail, Windpilot self steering, solar panel, this is a good passage making and all weather boat. Full cockpit canopy and sprayhood with new 2024 windows, a bow thruster helps with marina berthing. 
Standing rigging renewed 2021, Starlink installed 2024, (new owner needs new account), Lodestar inflatable dinghy and 2024 Suzuki 2.5hp outboard included in sale. 
Accommodation :
Forward cabin with two V berths. Infill cushion to convert to a double berth. Opening deck hatch, storage, under berth storage, hanging locker, opening portlights with curtains.  
Door leading through to passage with heads compartment to starboard, and aft of this also to starboard, the master cabin with double berth, vanity unit, hanging locker, storage, under berth storage, book rack, opening deck hatch, opening portlight, lee cloth. Opposite this cabin, linear galley to port. Step up to the pilothouse with chart table to starboard, helm position to port with autopilot, engine throttle, two opening roof hatches. Three forward facing windows, the smaller centre section can be opened.  Raised U shaped seating area to starboard with dining table. This pole mounted table can be lowered to convert to a double berth or raised to the roof to keep the space clear. Bench settee to port, excellent storage behind and under the seating, including bottle storage, lee cloth under starboard settee.  
Large wet locker, two opening Lewmar deck hatches, opening aft hatch to the cockpit, central companionway to the cockpit. These steps lift to give access to the engine. 
Oceanair blinds in pilothouse, curtains to the portlight, removable insect screens for portlights and hatches. LED cabin lighting and floor level night lights in pilothouse, electric fan. Teak and holly flooring throughout.
