Below decks the Hallberg-Rassy 31 provides surprisingly spacious accommodation which includes six berths, a forward facing chart table and a separate heads conveniently placed by the companionway steps.
SOLO can be sailed single or short handed and is a great example of this capable pocket cruiser, offered for sale by her long term owner.
Interior tastefully finished in selected mahogany with two component matt silk varnish. All upholstery in deluxe green. Beige curtains to the side windows, and under the forepeak skylights. The floor in varnished teak with inlaid holly stripes. Stereo radio/CD player with speakers.
MAIN SALOON:
Two sofa berths, two metres long with drop leaf table in between, bottle stowage in centre section. Lee cloths fitted to both berths. Lockers with louvered doors and bookshelves over the sofas and stowage under. Additional opening ceiling hatch. Ship's clock and barometer in brass. Headlining in ivory accentuated with fore and aft mahogany stripes. Headroom 1.86m in the saloon. Inspection openings for the bilge.
GALLEY:
Galley to port. White laminate worktops. Optimus gimballed cooker with 3 burners and oven. Mahogany handhold to the left of cooker. Deep double sink. 12v refrigeration unit in insulated ice box. Drawers and cutting board.
CHART TABLE:
On the opposite side is a good-sized chart table with seat and drawers. 12v socket. Electrical switch panel. Sony FM/CD player.
FORECABIN:
Two berths, 2.12m long. Infill cushion between berths. Good stowage above and below. Door to the saloon.
AFT CABIN:
Double berth, 2.25m long at longest point and 1.62m wide at widest. Good-sized hanging wardrobe. Shelf over the berth. Two opening portlights. Door to the main saloon.
